Private Consultant, International Development and Past-President, Canadian Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship

Annette St-Onge is a retired Director of Management Services with the Business Development Bank of Canada. Presently she works internationally as a private consultant in areas such as enabling women entrepreneurs, international donor program evaluation, training and business consulting and entrepreneurship curriculum development. In addition to serving on CEED’s Board, Annette is past president of the Canadian Council on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, and current President of the International Council for Small Business (ICSB).
